Should I stuff lots of keywords to make my website come up first?

No you shouldn’t do that, because the higher the keyword density on your page the more likely Google will think that you are spamming.

So how can we add more keywords to the article but in the same time maintain a low keyword density??

The answer is simple!! Write longer articles that are keyword rich!!
