how to make a website without paying money

I make a respectable five digit income from my websites each month and i didn't pay anything to start.

When I started studying my MBA I realized that the life blood of an any business is cash. After all you don’t want to spend most of your type blogging or writing content then ending up with a losing investment.

Since most people never continue working on the blogs they started its strongly advised that you don’t pay anything when starting a site except when it starts bringing you money.

How to do it

First of all you must reduce your start up cost to minimum by buying cheap hosting, using already existing templates and free content management system. (see my article How to start a website for free).

After your website starts bringing you money you can then reinvest some of this money to improve the design and make marketing campaigns.

I never paid any money to designers in the beginning because I used “Drupal” a free content management system and later on when money started coming in I started paying designers to improve the design.

So the only money I paid was a portion of the money I already earned. If you are serious about becoming rich online then forget about paying money first then waiting for your money to bring you more money.

What to pay for?

You must buy a domain name if you intend to make money online because people will trust your website more if it has a domain name. The good news is that domain names can be as cheap as 6 dollars/year.

Don’t pay anything for online marketing at least in the beginning and depend on search engine optimization to bring traffic to your site. Once you start receiving money you can then allocate a part of it to make marketing campaigns.

So to summarize it all, try to start with the minimum possible costs then reinvest some of the money you earned to improve your website.

Its completely pointless to pay few hundreds of dollars or few thousands then abandon your site without reaping any benefit. Don’t take my advice for granted, I made huge amounts of money online without paying anything big enough to be mentioned.
