Why doesn’t my website appear on Google

Actually your website might be appearing on Google but it may be buried below the millions of search results displayed and that's why you can't see it. If you want to make sure whether your website is already on Google but its just buried below other sites or whether it is not there you can try to Google its name and see what will happen.

For example if your site’s name is www.mysite.com then Google it and see what you will get. If you didn’t find it at all then your problem is simple, just submit your website to Google and wait for few days then repeat the search.

I am sure you have arrived to my site because it was appearing on the top of the search results. This didn’t happen because my website is the oldest one available or because its getting a higher number of visitors than other sites but it happened because my website is properly optimized.

Google and all other search engines use certain algorithms to display pages in their results; pages that appear on the top of the results are the ones that match the algorithm the most.

Contrary to common beliefs, appearing on the top of search results is an easy process that doesn’t take much time. If you optimized your site you will be able to get some visitors through search engines however its not a guarantee that you will have a popular website.
