• Compliments that really work: Compliments such as "nice article" or "good job" are fine but compliments that are much more effective are ones that encourage someone who really needs encouragements. For example if the blogger is still relatively new then telling him something like "you are a talented writer" will surely have a greater impact on him and will facilitate the connection between you even more
• Start a conversation: Don't just leave a comment then move on to another blog but instead leave a comment and start a discussion so that the blogger gets back to you and replies to your comment. If you managed to discuss something with a blogger in a friendly way he will recognize you and you will become friends in no time.
• Going further:After the blogger starts to recognize your name then you can add him on facebook, follow him on twitter or connect with him in any other method that he is announcing on his website
